Community Based Rehabilitation Services are a home or community-based program available to children and adolescents who are recovering from a trauma or other condition that’s resulted in considerable personal or behavioral challenges. The program promotes resilience and the acquisition of age-appropriate skills, compensating or eliminating functional deficits associated with their emotional challenge.
