Experience Works is a national, charitable, community-based organization – originally named Green Thumb and chartered in 1965 as a small rural demonstration program and is the leading provider of training, employment and community service for low-income older people – for 55+ senior looking for part time, full time employment – there are training projects across the country, occupational skills and on-the-job training.
