Sheriff’s Department – Boundary County

Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of all persons and property within Boundary County. Responsibilities include: preserving the peace; executing court-issued civil and criminal processes; providing patrol and investigative functions; providing a secure and healthy detention facility;providing law enforcement, medical and fire dispatch county wide; maintaining an accurate record-keeping system; overseeing sheriff posse and search and rescue units, overseeing marine division, and managing them whenever they are called into service; perform other duties that are required by law.
